For supply chain and procurement teams

How to buy EMORA Nova

Everything your SCM unit needs to procure EMORA Nova or our advisory services through a compliant process.

Ways to procure

We work within the MFMA and PFMA supply chain management rules that apply to your organisation.

Route 1

Formal written price quotation

For a defined one-year scope within your organisation's quotation threshold, for example a single module with implementation and training. A genuine one-year scope, never a larger requirement split to stay under a threshold.

Route 2

Competitive bid

For multi-year or multi-module requirements above the quotation threshold. We respond to open tenders and RFPs, and can explain the platform to your bid specification committee on request.

Route 3

Joining an existing contract

Where another organ of state has awarded EMORA a contract through a competitive process, municipalities may be able to participate in it under MFMA SCM Regulation 32. Ask us whether a contract is available.
